Axum jewelry wants the satisfaction of its customer so it allows the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are not allowed for custom-made or personalized jewelry.

Requirements for product return:

• All orders received from December 1 to 22 can be returned by January 15.
• Returns must be made by a courier and the return shipping costs will not be refunded.
• The goods must not have been used and must be packaged with care.
• The value of the refund will be paid with the same method used for payment.
